Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order before it is shipped through the website or by contacting us. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. Any cancellation requests should include your order number.

Returns & Refunds:
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number, details of the issue, and photos if available. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Once the returned item is received and verified, the refund will be processed.

Refund Timeline & Method:
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Razorpay. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on the customer’s bank or card issuer.

What’s Not Covered:
Products that are used, altered, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund unless there’s a verified defect.
